Premium oncology care depends on navigation, and navigation does not scale by hiring alone. A navigator working manually can support 12 to 20 patients. With the haelan platform, each navigator can support around 50.
Record gathering. Collects and organises records, scans and results from NHS and private sources into one clear patient history
International intake. Records, translations and logistics are completed before the patient lands.
Multidisciplinary meeting preparation. Builds meeting packs automatically from the patient's history, so specialists come to the meeting ready.
Patient app. Patients get clear updates and secure messaging, so fewer calls reach your team.
Scheduling and logistics. Coordinates appointments, reminders, travel and accommodation across sites.
Connects to your existing patient record, admin and lab systems. You don't need to replace anything.
Launch. The core platform and patient app go live within four months. The service is non-clinical, so it can launch without medical device approval.
Integrate. The platform connects fully to your systems. Multidisciplinary meeting preparation is automated, and the clinical AI runs alongside your team in a test mode where nothing it produces is used for patient care.
Clinical support. After certification as a medical device, the clinical decision support is switched on, with a consultant approving every output.
haelan works with providers as a build partner, as a white-label service under your own brand, or as a licensed platform. Build work is paid for at agreed milestones, and the service runs on a simple platform fee plus a licence per patient.
The platform is designed to work for any complex care pathway and in any country. After oncology, haelan plans to add other specialisms and to license the platform to providers internationally.
